Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service standards. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care. - Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment, including saunas and cold plunge pools, is maintained and operational. Coordinate with vendors for regular servicing and repairs.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain all necessary certifications and licenses.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, and financial management.
