By joining the Rocket team as an entry-level manager, you are a key member of the leadership team. You are responsible for creating genuine connections that foster customer loyalty, build passion and energy for the brand, and promote a positive and growth-focused mindset. You are a pivotal partner in the management of day-to-day activities focusing on achieving sales goals and ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Be approachable & helpful, rise to the challenge of any task while wearing multiple hats
- Always be looking for ways to improve the team and yourself
- Think and act like an owner; working collaboratively with upper management to constantly improve your site and company
- Consistently provide feedback and lead by example so each team member can contribute at their highest potential
- Ensure the site and all team members are creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests by greeting, anticipating needs, exceeding expectations to provide exceptional service.
- Be the person who “rallies the team”, and reinvigorates team members to want to provide an industry-leading customer experience
- Manage all aspects of the operation including car wash equipment, chemical inventory, and physical appearance of the office, tunnel, vacuum area, pay stations, and parking lot
- Maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards, and enforce these standards for the wash site
- Conduct required training on processes and operational procedures for all team members
- Oversee compliance of all safety regulations and policies
- Supervise completion of opening and closing procedures
- Oversee cash and security management
- Review processes and procedures for continuous improvement
- Handle all damage claims; properly investigate, document, and report accordingly
- May be asked to perform basic to intermediate level maintenance tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Has working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Has the ability to efficiently multitask in a quickly changing environment
- Has a passion for building relationships with customers and community
- Has a willingness to work hard towards a common team goal

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Work in and develop a team environment
- Ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service
- Be punctual, responsible, and accountable
- Ability to work various hours, including weekends and holidays
- Maintenance experience preferred but not required

**Compensation**
- $17 hourly
- Earn UNLIMITED sales commissions on a daily basis
