Entry Level Business Managers will conduct the initial contact of a qualified lead, assess any problems or questions that may occur, and generate interest for sales. Entry Level Business Manager Responsibilities:

  • Using surrounding resources and leadership, act with a sense of urgency to resolve any customer issues

  • Follow all essential guidelines from both management and the client 
  • Collaborate with all departments to find solutions to any issues, both customer and client-facing (new ideas from all employees are always encouraged)

Entry Level Business Manager Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Client Relations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
