Responsibilities:

- Assists the client with venue needs, to include desired space, equipment, and technical needs, contract verification
- Manage the timeline, program, and task list for event
- Promptly open venue and coordinate event needs with for other staff members and client
- Work with client to revise room layouts of tables and chairs if needed
- Venue and cleaning Supplies inventory monitoring and reporting
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ensure customer issues are acknowledged and resolved during their event or escalate appropriately
- Serves as primary point-of-contact for event client
- Stay with client/guests for duration of event
- Ensure client is adhering to event contract and venue rules
- Welcoming guests on arrival and providing complete assistance during their event
- Get Event Ready for guest arrival (turn on lights, light sweeping, reviewing event contract, etc)
- After event ensure tables and chairs are put in their respective places, decor is packed away/organized, lights off etc
- Assist guest with their set up and answer any questions they might have during the event

Qualifications:

- Must be 21+
- Lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Weekend Availability required (F,Sat,Sun)
- Requires good organizational skills
- Amazing Time Management Skills
- Practical and proactive problem-solver and the ability to persevere in the face of unexpected challenges
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Superb Customer Service Skills
- Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask

Summary

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Weekends only
