Task Order Process Management Consultant

IDM Groups is seeking a part-time highly skilled and experienced consultant to manage the task order process for our client. This critical role involves overseeing the entire task order lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and timely execution. The consultant will also be responsible for identifying and implementing best practices to streamline the process and enhance stakeholder communication and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Analysis**: Review and analyze the current task order process to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges.
- **Task Order Management**: Process all incoming task orders efficiently and accurately.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular and timely reports and feedback to the administration team and other stakeholders on the status of the task order process.
- **Issue Resolution**: Manage and resolve any issues that arise during the task order process, escalating them as necessary.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Document lessons learned and best practices from each task and incorporate them into the continuous improvement of the task order process.
- **Training and Coaching**: Provide training and coaching to all stakeholders on the task order process and management plan.
- **Onsite Presence**: Report onsite 3 days a week to familiarize with the current task order process and stakeholders, with periodic re-evaluation to determine the necessity of continued onsite work.

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical abilities to organize, prioritize tasks, and take initiative in completing them.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing situations with patience and a positive attitude.
- **Sense of Humor**: A good sense of humor to maintain a light-hearted and approachable demeanor in the workplace.

**Objectives**:

- Ensure the task order process is efficient, consistent, and timely.
- Reduce the workload and stress of the administration team, allowing them to focus on core activities.
- Leverage the consultant’s expertise in task order management.
- Improve communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in the task order process.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $42.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Analysis skills: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Los Angeles, CA 90045 (preferred)
