Fairburn, United States OTAD: On Time Accurate Delivery Inc. (Amazon DSP) Full time

OTAD Inc., a third party contractor with a major e-commerce company, is hiring Delivery Specialists to deliver packages. We are looking for energetic, service-oriented, and driven individuals who are ready to work to join our operations. Delivery Specialists report to work at a Fairburn, GA location.

HOURS: approximately 40 hours per week, 10:10AM to approximately 8:40PM.

DAYS: a set shift (does NOT rotate), average four days per week.

AVAILABILITY: must be open; shift will include Saturday AND Sunday plus two week days.

**General Responsibilities**
- Drive an extra large delivery van on highways and residential areas in order to deliver packages; abiding by all transportation laws and traffic standards
- Review, sort, stack and load packages on the vehicle; ensure that all items are scanned and processed prior to departure
- Process deliveries with a handheld electronic device accurately and manages delivery progress
- Provides excellent customer service and displays a positive and professional attitude with customers and team members
- May assist in training other Delivery Specialist or assist with general tasks
- Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries and delivery center operations
- Maintains a safe driving record

**Requirements**:

- Able to operate a delivery van with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 10,000 lbs. or less
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively use a GPS navigation system
- Use a hand-held electronic device to process and complete deliveries
- Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50lbs
- Ability to walk, lift, kneel, bend, or carry packages for extended periods of time, and sometimes possibly having to walk up and down flights of stairs
- Delivery locations may require the delivery specialist to make up to 250 stops per day and move in and out of the vehicle each time; and do so in a safe, efficient, and timely manner
- Able to work approximately 40 hours per work week; organized into 10-hour work-days
- Adheres to assigned routes, schedules, safety protocols, and transportations laws
- Strong time management and individual organization standards
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management

**Qualifications**
- Must be at least 21+ years of age
- Maintain a valid driver’s license for the state of Georgia
- Must be able to pass a DMV & criminal background check and a five-panel drug test
- High school diploma or equivalent

**We Offer**:

- Competitive compensations: $18.75 an hour starting rate; and, performance incentive bonuses that can equal a guaranteed 10-hours per day and $19.75 per hour.
