**Job Title**: Roof Inspector/Sales Representative

**Experience Level**: Experienced or Inexperienced (Willing to be trained)

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct roof inspections to assess damage and determine repair or replacement needs.
- Educate customers on roofing options, materials, and processes.
- Generate leads and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and adjusters to facilitate claims and approvals.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Experience in sales or the roofing industry is preferred but not required.
- Insurance Specialist experience is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Commission-based pay structure, with earning potential between 40% and 50%.
