**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic planning to enhance the preschool program's educational quality and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teachers and staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with educators to design and educate engaging curriculum that meets educational standards.
- Manage administrative tasks such as enrollment, scheduling, and parent communication effectively.

**Requirements**:

- DCFS Director Qualified
- Proven experience in Education administration, preferably in a preschool setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent budgeting and financial management abilities.
- Prior experience in managing a preschool program is highly desirable.
- Passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing a safe and nurturing learning environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

- CPR Certification (preferred)
