**Production Operator - Drys (2nd Shift)

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Monitor equipment for proper performance.
- Perform change-over and adjustments as needed.
- Perform packing checks and documentation as required.
- Verify production being ran with specs for accuracy.
- Demonstrate and maintain exemplary care of all equipment.
- Maintain good housekeeping and conduct safety equipment inspections.
- Complete routine daily paperwork and maintain records as required.
- Adhere to all safety and GMP guidelines.
- Participate in all aspects of the safety program including safety meeting attendance and participation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What You’ll Bring**
- High School diploma and GED equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Musts be able to multi-task
- Ability to wear respiratory protective equipment for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in non-temperature controlled environment
- Ability to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to (1) multi-task, (2) be mechanically inclined, (3) willing to work overtime when required and (4) be able to work with others in a team environment.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. This position has a base salary range of **$17.20 - $21.50. **The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
