We specialize in taking our clients' customer service and sales initiatives to the next level. Our Automotive Account Associates continue to be the point of contact for our clients in the automotive industry. They initiate, maintain, and sustain relationships with new and existing customers.

As the Automotive Account Associate, you are responsible for connecting with prospective customers and delivering engaging and informative product presentations on behalf of our automotive client. We pride ourselves on our ability to establish lasting relationships with customers and clients, so a high degree of communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are needed to succeed in the role. We are also looking for someone who is quick to provide quality solutions, does not shy away from a challenge, and is always striving to improve their professional skills and personal development.

**Automotive Account Associate Responsibilities**:

- Execute engagement strategy, connect with potential customers and deliver thorough product presentations that highlight our automotive client’s products and services
- Be an expert on our client’s offerings as well as industry standards in order to provide the highest level of service to the customers at each event
- Give quick presentations and answer any additional questions
- Participate and engage in ongoing in-house training and development with other entry-level Customer Service and Sales Representatives
- Eagerly assist in additional professional tasks and enthusiastically accept challenges

**What We Are Looking For In Our Next Entry-Level Automotive Account Associate**:

- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Experience in automotive, customer service, sales, retail, or related field is highly encouraged
- Exemplary communication skills and negotiation tactics
- Impeccable time management skills and the ability to adapt to many situations
- Discipline to self-dedication to constant learning and improvement
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Approachable, friendly, and positive demeanor while working with Automotive Account Associate team and customers

Pay: $43,737.71 - $52,673.38 per year
