**Job Duties include**:

- Organize and lead crews including but not limited to ensuring all materials, parts, tools, and equipment needed for each project are available, and ready for the assigned job.
- Supervision and decision-making including problem solving of all installation of fence including but not limited to, boundaries, placement, and project specifications.
- Field communication skills to attend pre-construction, daily and safety meetings.
- Ensure all field labor is following safety and job-site safety policies.
- Ensure sites are prepared for installation prior to arrival of job site.
- Coordinate all parties of the required scopes including but not limited to concrete pours, gate operators, and locating of underground utilities.
- Must be able to read blueprints and shop drawings to accurately identify fence lines, pothole / post hole locations and project specifications.
- Knowledge in the following areas: All fence related scopes i.e. chain-link, ornamental iron, gates, and gate operators etc.
- Ensure the site meets all specifications by crews and / or subcontractors.
- Manage site weekly safety reports, site specific paperwork requirements i.e. hot work permits, dig permits, weekly crew reports and ensure all required paperwork has been completed and submitted by all required deadlines.
- Safe removal, loading, transportation, and disposal of any materials and disposables at job site as required.
- Able to follow DOT regulations for driving, hauling and transportation of materials.
- Able to operate all necessary equipment.
- Inspect and complete safety checklist for all equipment, power tools, and machinery prior to each use.
- Follow company and government safety / health rules and regulations.

**Skills Required**:

- Able to read Blueprints and CAD drawings
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and speak English, Bi-lingual is preferred
- Excellent customer service
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass initial hire along with random project specific drug screens.

**Experience**:

- 2 years construction preferred
- 1 year as a supervisor or superintendent preferred
- Prior fencing experience preferred
- Valid Arizona driver License with no previous DUI/DWI
- Current or Ability to achieve OSHA 30 within 30 days of hire

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
