Job Summary:


Seeking a seasoned Piping Superintendent for our growing team in Phoenix, AZ, to oversee a variety of commercial and industrial piping projects. With a requirement for over 12 years of industry experience, candidates should have progressed through significant roles within the piping field, from foreman to superintendent. This pivotal position entails the comprehensive management of piping installations, ensuring they meet our exacting standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full lifecycle of commercial and industrial piping projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Lead on-site teams, cultivating a high-performance work culture and overseeing the execution of work to the highest standards.
  • Implement and enforce rigorous quality control and safety measures, adhering to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate closely with project management and other departments to optimize project execution and resource allocation.
  • Manage project logistics, including scheduling, material procurement, and equipment usage, to meet or exceed project goals.


Qualifications:


  • At least 12 years of direct experience in the piping industry, demonstrating a career progression to a leadership role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of piping systems, installation processes, and safety regulations, particularly within the Phoenix, AZ, construction environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality, with a track record of managing projects to successful completion.


Preferred:


  • Advanced degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in current industry technologies and project management software.
