- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding shipping status, delivery times, and any shipping-related issues or concerns.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged shipments, and other shipping-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Optimize shipping costs by comparing rates from different carriers, negotiating contracts, and selecting the most cost-effective shipping methods.
- Generate reports on shipping activities, including shipment volumes, delivery performance, and shipping costs, to support decision-making and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, purchasing, and customer service to coordinate order fulfillment and address customer needs effectively.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards.

**Qualifications**:
2+ year of Logistics experience within Manufacturing Industry Experience most recent

Must be able to multitask.
Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel
High attention to detail and problem solving skills

Bilingual Spanish is a Plus

Associates Degree is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
