Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring effective communication between sales and distribution throughout the supply chain. The Logistics Coordinator will manage various logistics documentation and represent PreZero professionally while assisting customers, CDL drivers, and performing other clerical tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with transportation providers to guarantee timely and accurate shipment movements.
• Understand and comply with DOT regulations and laws.
• Address customer inquiries and maintain a professional rapport, serving as the primary communication link.
• Verify purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Arrange shipping logistics as required.
• Monitor and resolve shipping discrepancies.
• Prepare billing and invoicing documentation.
• Manage shipping and receiving paperwork efficiently.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to convey information clearly to all stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Utilize SAP software effectively.
• Create various documents and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools.
• Perform general office tasks, including faxing, copying, mailing, and filing.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years' experience in Logistics and logistics coordination.
- Experience in trucking or an industrial yard environment.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One and Samsara (training opportunities available).
- Proficient in computer tools, including MS Office programs.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
