**Document Printing & E-Commerce Specialist (2nd Shift)**

This position is in our Long Island City office. Hours and Days required: Monday to Friday 4pm to 12am
**About the role**:
We are seeking a Document Printing & E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team in our Long Island City office. This 2nd shift position plays a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the document solutions they need quickly and efficiently, while also supporting our thriving e-commerce operation.
**Responsibilities**:
**Document Printing & Scanning**:
- Operate high-volume printing and copying machines, including utilizing advanced printing/copying software features.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing toner cartridges, loading paper, clearing jams, and replacing waste toner and staple cartridges.
- Utilize binding equipment and perform finishing requests like cutting, binding, and padding.
- Process incoming printing requests (both hard copy and electronic), locate printing orders, and prepare finished jobs for shipping.
**Document Assembly**:
- Assemble documents with both standard and custom legal tabs, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
**E-Commerce Support**:
- Process and fulfill e-commerce orders for printing-related products.
**Overall**:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a professional and positive attitude.
- Meet deadlines and work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and handle the physical demands of the job.
- Proficiently operate a variety of document reproduction equipment including paper cutters, folders, staplers, inserters, collators, counters, binding machines, and drill presses.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 year of experience working in a print shop or document management environment.
- Experience with document assembly, including creating tabs (standard and custom legal) is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software programs.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
