**We’re looking for**:

- Someone who is excellent at managing insights projects from start to finish.
- Folks who can see data and tell a story, who know how to find actionable insights and know how to move beyond basic reportage approach.
- Someone who can mentor junior team members on every stage of the research process and who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in.
- Loves building client relationships - we believe business is about people and relationships, in and out of the research project.
- Team player - we are stronger together. We value what is accomplished and how we worked together as a team to achieve results.
- Creative thinker, curious minds strategic brain and strong communicator.
- Strong communicator - written and verbal. Being able to find the right words to articulate the question, the story, and everything in between well, is a big deal for us.
- Position is in New York or Los Angeles - we’re back in the office (Hybrid, 3 days) and love working and collaborating.

**It’ll be helpful if you have**:

- At least 4-5 years of experience in custom or tracking primary research. This role is primarily quantitative in nature, but your previous experience can be a hybrid of qual + quant. Also, be able to demonstrate your ability to get at answering a client’s business questions and research objectives is key.
- A Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics or a related field.
