Join our team at Balboa Park Hotel for a unique position growing your experience in hospitality as a hybrid housekeeper and front desk agent. Depending on demand, shifts would consist of either working housekeeping or as a front desk agent.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will:

- Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service during check in and check out.
- Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone everyday.
- Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.

As a housekeeper, you will:

- Thoroughly cleans all assigned rooms.
- Bathroom cleaning, including mopping and scrubbing surfaces.
- Maintaining a clean and organized living space
- Following a detailed cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are professionally cleaned and maintained.
- Working with the teammates to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Work setting:

- In-person
