- Build and load data for tenant builds.
- Configure recruiting solutions in Workday.
- Provide testing support and knowledge transfer to the client.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in Workday Recruiting module.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience with data loading and tenant builds in Workday.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of best practices in recruiting processes.
