Packout Manager

Butter Beans is a food service company that provides nutritional and tasty meals for schools and summer camps throughout the New York tri-state area. We are seeking experienced (3-5 years ) Packout Manager to join our high-volume commissary kitchen team located at 39-01 22nd Street Long Island City, NY.

**The Primary Roles and Responsibilities Include**:

- Production accuracy
- Production effiecentcy
- Detailed production auditing system
- Allergen Safety

**Job Discription**
- Work with the chef team and purchasing director on daily production needs and accuracy
- Play a major role in real time production adjustments
- Insure all pack out errors are caught before reaching the customer
- Assist with driver packout
- Over see and implement production Nuances through the week
- 3-5 years experience in the food service industry
- Experience with coporate procurment practices
- Advanced google sheets knowledge
- Advanced math knowledge
- Self driven and hard working professional

Schedule:
Weekend availability

Sunday to Thursday work schedule

3-5 years experience required

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
