Job Summary

The QA Administrator will operate in a rapidly expanding, fast moving, and complex business with supervision. Will support the delivery of necessary supporting document, assist in achieving Quality Systems KPI’s and ensuring timely completion of the day to day tasks that are assigned.

Essential Functions

Effectively manage, drive resolution, and complete daily C4C document requests
Request, review, perform necessary follow-ups and files updated and required technical documents received from suppliers for each assigned task in a timely manner
Assists in tracking metrics of status and progression of C4C tasks
Supports customer and external audits. Ensure applicable audit findings are addressed and resolved
Communicating with other departments to facilitate and drive general resolutions
Assists with Document Control, Change Control, CAPA and other Quality Systems tracking/trending.
Assists in performing of C4C related root-cause analysis and other problem solving activities to identify effective corrective and preventive actions and process improvements.
Oversees and drives resolution on special projects, as assigned.
Conducts training and/or cross-training, as needed.
Timely completion of Open C4C Requests.
Create Weekly C4C Reports.
Ensure no MDR materials exceed 30 days in blocked stock.
Timely completion of Quality System issue escalation.
Timely completion of acquiring supplier documentation.
Ensure that verification and validation activities are completed.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position
Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation
$22/hour - $25/hour

**Qualifications**:
BS/BA degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or Food Science preferred (relevant coursework and/or experience in lieu of education may be considered).
Minimum of 1-3 years of business experience; Associate’s or University education can take the place of work experience
Working knowledge of and experience with food or fortification manufacturing environment is preferred. An ability to work with diverse set of suppliers across multiple regions
Analytical with superior problem solving skills over near and long-term planning horizons
Strong business understanding and orientation and effectively handles multiple, rapidly changing and conflicting priorities
Passionate about the business, will be a strong external ambassador / advocate for the business and will be highly collaborative with the ability to work successfully across teams, regions and functions
Strong cultural awareness based on past exposure, experience, and successful business dealings
Highly detailed with a systematic approach, sense of responsibility and positive customer focus
Must have demonstrably strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), to include speaking clearly in positive or negative situations
