**Responsibilities**:
- Support day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote company products/services
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and deliverables
- Handle confidential information with discretion
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.
**Job Types**: Temporary, Contract
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Avon, CT 06001: Relocate before starting work (required)
