We are currently seeking a driven Operations Liaison/Executive Assistant. This role is essential for maintaining organization on all opportunities presented to our business. Role will be onsite in Round Rock, TX.

Our company provides expertise in the aftermath of residential and commercial insurance water losses and fire disasters. We play a pivotal role in the emergency response team for policyholders, insurance representatives, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Exec Management with any tasks.
- Maintain Operations Schedule.
- Maintain inter-office spreadsheets.
- Make first call on jobs. Be our "face" to the client.
- Regularly track and update documents needed for 3rd party software administrators.
- Contact clients for approvals as requested.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in administrative assistant duties.
- Experience in the restoration or construction industry is highly regarded.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining effective relationships.

Salary, Commissions on new business, Health and Dental, PTO, direct report to Exec VP

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
