The role:
As an accountant, you will be vital part our organization, overseeing all accounting processes, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll

Your range of responsibilities will include:

- Managing all accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll
- Handling office budgets and expense tracking
- Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Liaison with bank and tax accountant
- General Ledger reconciling
- Preparation of monthly balance sheets and profit/loss statements; monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Prepare quarterly filings
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment for employees

**Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:

- Proven experience as an accountant, demonstrating exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP
- Hands on experience with accounting software
- Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- A friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- BS in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree would be helpful in this position.
