Superheat Services Inc. is currently recruiting a Temporary Workforce Administrator for 3 months. The Workforce Administrator is responsible for assisting in the onboarding process, as well as the administration and maintenance of field staff employee files and documentation for all regions. They will ensure the appropriate training records are tracked and maintained. The Workforce Administrator will work with the field staff, managers and client sites to coordinate field staff site access.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist field staff in all regions with the onboarding process
- Assist Human Resources with completion of new hire are rehire packages
- Train new field staff on the utilization of time entry program
- Assist field staff with time entry, vacation requests and personal information updates
- Prepare and submit reports to Regional Workforce Managers
- Assist with managing DISA for pre-access drug screening, background checks, random testing and status checks
- Coordinate travel arrangements and vehicle rentals
- Responsible for understanding client site requirements for site access with regards to background screens and drug tests
- Ensure all site-access requirements and client specific training needs are met and maintained
- Submit badge requests and employee information to clients
- Communicate with field staff regarding job assignments and on-site orientation
- Schedule online safety training through approved vendors and local safety training councils
- Provide administration support with paperwork, employee enquiries, issuing advances, and reception duties as required
- Provide support to the Regional Workforce Managers as required
**Qualifications**
- Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills Exceptional time management, attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Human Resources law, practices and principles
**Work Experience Requirements**
- One to three years of administrative or human resources experience
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM), Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Time and Attendance programs
- Experience with Ceridian products would be considered an asset
**Education Requirements**
- Post-secondary education in a related field
**Job Type**: Temporary
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
