As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative at Black Swan Roofing and Construction, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging directly with potential customers in their neighborhoods. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, promote our roofing products and services, and secure sales opportunities through door-to-door canvassing. This role requires a proactive and outgoing individual who is comfortable initiating conversations, building rapport, and persuading homeowners to choose Black Swan Roofing and Construction for their roofing needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales activities to prospect and acquire new customers in designated residential areas.
- Engage with homeowners in a friendly and professional manner to introduce our roofing products and services.
- Identify customer needs and preferences through effective communication and active listening.
- Present product information, benefits, and pricing options to homeowners, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each homeowner.
- Close sales and achieve predetermined targets for leads generated and deals closed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and lead information in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to adapt sales techniques accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in door-to-door sales or direct sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome objections with confidence and resilience.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
