We are seeking an experienced and dedicated On-Site Supervisor to join our construction and project management team. As an On-Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects. Your attention to detail, effective communication skills, and strong organizational abilities will contribute to the successful completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide on-site supervision and guidance to labor force and installers throughout the construction project.
- Communicate all issues, events, and progress to the Production Manager for accurate documentation and project tracking.
- Attend morning meetings to discuss project updates, goals, and expectations.
- Measure square footage for each designated space and provide data to the administrative team for historical documentation.
- Capture on-site photos of issues, damages, existing conditions, and the final product for documentation purposes.
- Identify change orders required for growth work and coordinate necessary adjustments.
- Coordinate and tag-lift material orders to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Implement safety protocols, hazardous materials management, and debris control measures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain daily communication with on-site superintendents to address any project-related matters.
- Prior to project start-up, submit reports on as-found conditions, inaccessible areas, damages, and other relevant information.
- Responsible for submitting hot work notices before any hot work activities commence.
- Set expectations and deadlines for the labor force and installers, providing clear guidance on tasks and objectives.
- Monitor and record employees' clock-in and clock-out times upon arrival and departure from the job site.
- Conduct walkthroughs of the job site before, during, and after the end of each shift to ensure quality and progress.
- Manage and control labor hours and materials required for each job, optimizing resource allocation.
- Verify that installers have the necessary tools before commencing work.
- Liaise with the prime contractor to schedule and conduct QA/QC inspections and checkpoints throughout the project.
- Collaborate with the prime contractor for structural inspections after surface preparation.
- Communicate with the prime contractor to facilitate the fabrication of deck rings before installation.
- Estimate and communicate completion dates to on-site superintendents, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Prepare and submit material requests to the Production Manager for approval.
- Accurately input employees' daily working hours into the designated tracking system (TRAC).
- Compile and submit pieceworkers' invoices on Monday mornings for the previous working week, seeking approval from the Production Manager.
- Ability to be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Ability to Handle Fast Paced and High Stressed Environment
- Open to Travel on Rare Occasions

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction site supervision or project management is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with construction materials and tools.
- Time management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
- Proficient in using relevant software for tracking and reporting.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
