**Key Responsibilities**:

- Video Editing (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube)
- Optimize designs for conversion, focusing on layout, color schemes, and typography that appeal to our target audience.

Platform Proficiency and Integration:

- Integrate designs with marketing platforms to automate and personalize communications.
- Continuously update and maintain design templates and assets within these platforms.
- Collaborative Campaign Development:

- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute promotions and campaigns.
- Provide creative input to enhance campaign effectiveness through visual storytelling and design.

Performance and Analytics:

- Monitor the performance of creative assets in campaigns to understand engagement and conversion metrics.
- Iterate and optimize designs based on data and feedback from marketing performance.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, specifically with a focus on digital marketing creatives.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and typography in digital media.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 2 years (required)
- Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (preferred)
- Adobe Illustrator: 1 year (preferred)
