The Graphic Designer at Trinity Church is integral to defining the visual representation of our community and its events. This role encompasses the creation of striking graphics across multiple platforms, including worship services, social media, digital channels, and physical displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Creation: Design eye-catching graphics for worship services, special occasions, and various church ministries. This includes graphics for sermon series, promotional flyers, social media visuals, and more.
  • Collaboration with Leaders: Partner with ministry leaders to grasp their vision and requirements, translating these into impactful visual designs.
  • Brand Integrity: Ensure all designs comply with the church's branding standards, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic across all mediums.
  • Digital Engagement: Produce engaging and shareable content for the church's social media platforms and website, boosting our online visibility.
  • Promotional Design: Create banners, posters, and other promotional materials to advertise events and services within the church and the wider community.
  • Iterative Feedback: Accept and integrate feedback from ministry leaders and the communications team, making necessary adjustments to fulfill their expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  1. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  3. Capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and ministry leaders.
