**Benefits of Provider**:

- $15.22/hr. for respite care and personal supports (32.5 hours authorized per week)
- $8.40/hr. for any additional hours worked
- **Set schedule Looking for care Monday through Friday.**:

- Occasional mornings (Monday through Friday): 6a.m.8a.m.
- Every afternoon (Monday through Friday): 3p.m.5p.m.

**Responsibilities of Provider**:

- **Care is to be provided in kiddo’s home. **Once rapport is established, community outings are also encouraged.
- Assisting with getting kiddo to and from school (rides the bus)
- Assisting with mealtimes when needed (weekend shifts)
- Giving verbal cues for toileting.
- Most of all
- hang out and have fun This kiddo loves music, dancing, and reading books.

**Qualifications of Provider**:

- Valid Driver's License
- Prior expereince working with individuals with developmental disabilties preferred
- Must pass background check.
- Must be ok with dogs

*If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. If hired by a Member or their Managing Party, your legal employer on record would be the Member. CDCN’s role is to assist the Member or Managing Party in recruiting a Direct Care Worker. The Member or Managing Party has the sole authority to hire or dismiss any potential Direct Care Worker.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $8.40 - $15.22 per hour
