As part of our Customer Service/Sales team, you'll play a vital role in guaranteeing customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships between our company and its clients in a lively retail setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Staying updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to stay competitive and effectively promote our client's products.
- Crafting compelling sales presentations tailored to each customer's needs and preferences.
- Leveraging product expertise and promotional opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, maximizing revenue opportunities in every interaction.
- Following company guidelines, protocols, and ethical standards to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Interacting with customers in retail settings to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide helpful advice.

Essential qualifications and attributes for this role include:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required (No prior experience necessary)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage customers.
- Eagerness for ongoing learning and growth in the dynamic field of customer service and sales.
- Strong multitasking skills and a positive attitude, especially in busy environments.
- Genuine passion for helping customers and building relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,700.00 per week

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
