As the NASAMS OSC Execution Lead, you’re a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment with the ability to successfully interface with functional and program leadership. In short, you are a strong leader with a demonstrated track record of delivering outstanding operations & supply chain performance with the ability to lead and influence a team. In this role, you will support NASAMS OSC Execution for all NASAMS programs and will execute material program strategies and the S&OE to ensure the flawless execution of products and programs to NASAMS customers.
- This position is a hybrid role, and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule._

**What You Will Do**
- Creating and leading material program strategies and plans
- Leading the S&OE and AOP for Operations
- Driving efforts to achieve material sales goals, while delivering efficiencies to NASAMS programs
- Cost account management, managing budgets, and earned value reporting.
- Lead efforts and manage projects including budgeting and financial management.
- Issue and conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain functions for support, as needed.
- Collaborate with Operation functions for support, as needed.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues.
- Provide comprehensive Operations & Supply Chain support for gate reviews.
- Oversight of subcontractor execution performance
- Oversight of Value Stream execution performance

**Qualifications You Must Have**
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of ten (10) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

**Qualifications We Prefer**
- Deep knowledge of project management. Advanced knowledge of related disciplines within work area and ability to identify links and potential impact on projects, programs, or systems.
- Demonstrated experience in Lean, Six Sigma/CORE, and other Operational Excellence methodologies.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to storyline and prepare executive-level discussion documents with a demonstrated ability to influence different styles.
- Experience using metrics to develop implementation of the MRP plan while achieving cost and quality requirements.
- Earned Value Certification with Control/Cost Account Manager Experiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, reliability, and sound judgment to articulate complex issues into succinct, cohesive summaries and presentations.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Experience using metrics to develop implementation of the MRP plan while achieving cost and quality requirements.
