**Your Role at Baxter**

Conduct routine environmental monitoring for cleanrooms, compressed gas systems and water systems. Support specific chemical and physical analysis on medical devices through all stages of the manufacturing process from incoming raw materials to finished goods.

**What you'll be doing**
- Conduct environmental monitoring of ISO 5, 7, 8, and 9 cleanrooms at Baxter manufacturing facilities along with Water collection.
- Support chemical and physical analysis such as raw materials, in-process and finished goods products samples at Baxter manufacturing facility.
- QC Data entry in Sample manager
- BaxLIMS
- Complete all testing, including special project / protocol testing in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company SOPs and specifications, FDA, GLP, QSR and cGMP regulations.
- Support all NCRs, CAPAs, and LIRs and be the point of contact for other departments for updates.
- Support and lead continuous improvement projects in the QC Laboratories such as 5S, Kaizen, and VIP projects.
- Works and communicates effectively and professionally with others inside and outside the company.
- Support equipment maintenance and calibrations as required.
- Flexibility to perform other duties, as assigned, or as business needs require.
- Weekend work may be required as needed to meet production timeline schedules.

**What you'll bring**
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience or Laboratory coursework with 0-2 years’ experience.
- Demonstrates some knowledge of assays/equipment in functional area. Computer literate and competent with a general knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets (such as Microsoft Office).
- Must be able to learn new computer systems and programs in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to plan and suggest resolutions to technical problems.
