Entry Level Sales Trainee

As an Entry level Sales Trainee, you will play a vital role in the execution of our sales programs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with our customer service and sales teams, utilizing your excellent interpersonal skills to engage consumers, build relationships, and establish trust. **Your responsibilities will include**:
- Assist customers with the sales process by recommending products and services best suited to their needs
- Actively engage customers using consultative techniques and active-listening skills to identify their needs and concerns
- Proactively monitoring and addressing product and service feedback and complaints, providing valuable insights to enhance client offerings
- Contributing to the development of training materials for employees, ensuring they stay updated with product information, compliance, and promotions.
- Directly interacting with local customers to drive brand awareness, create sales opportunities, and expand market share for our clients.
**Requirements for the Entry Level Sales Trainee**:
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial team environment
- Familiarity with fundamental marketing and sales techniques, as well as effective communication strategies
- Proven ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
**Education & Qualifications**:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
- Previous experience working directly with clients or customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, self-motivated, and a team player with a dynamic personality.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
