Must be a US Citizen or US Resident living with 15 miles of San Fernando Valley, position is hybrid.

Under the general direction of the Sr. Director IT, the SPM primary responsibilities will be the oversight of all **NextGen PM and EMR installations throughout** the company. Additional responsibilities are the day-to-day management of all employed physician offices. Furthermore, the position is responsible for managing a variety of projects for varying operational functions with a clear beginning and end. (Date of implementation). The Senior Project Manager should relinquish responsibility for projects at their end (implementation date). An example of an activity that this position would not be responsible for would be the ongoing maintenance of system after its implementation.

**A.** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive performance involvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction and improved compliance.
- Organizes work teams to accomplish project work, including identification and confirmation of participants. Establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, recommendation documentation and implantation oversight.
- Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, and skills in order to execute initiatives. Investigates and validates improvement opportunities.
- Supports established committees by organizing and publishing agendas, documenting minutes, maintaining work plans, performing follow up, preparing, and publishing reports.
- Supports the project work by utilizing project management software.
- Collaborates with other Project Managers as needed.
- Prepares communications and presentations to all levels of the organization.
- Provides other related support as needed to improve the performance of the business.
- Assists in building process improvement and project management skills and serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- All other duties as directed by management.

**B.** **Education and/or Experience**:
**Minimum of 7 years PM experience, at least 5 years in healthcare leading EMR and NextGen implementations.**

1. Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities.

2. Process Improvement, workflow benchmarking and/or evaluation process.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to large audiences required.

4. Must be detail-oriented.

6. Ability to work in a team environment

7. Leadership, facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills required

8. Broad knowledge of business functions

9. Ability to influence, motivate, and lead stakeholders from various business units to meet agreement.

**C.** **Organizational Responsibilities**:

4. Appropriately and accurately maintain time keeping records.

5. Adhere to attendance policy and time off requests.

9. Maintain confidentiality at all times in compliance with company policy and HIPAA requirements.

10. Employee has completed all required annual Compliance training and signed attestation form is attached for each module.
