United Solutions is a leading consumer plastics manufacturer with facilities in Massachusetts and Mississippi. We are committed to sustainability and designing products that are durable, long lasting, and minimize environmental impact.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:
Inspecting and testing materials to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards.

Utilizing various tools and testing procedures to conduct thorough audits and inspections

Entering data and documenting inspection findings in designated logs and reports (Nonconf Log, Incoming Inspection Log, FLY reports, QCTR)

Utilizing 8D and 5 Whys methodologies to identify and resolve production issues

Collaborating with the Quality Management Team, Operations, and technical staff

Providing comprehensive training to other quality personnel

Proactively researching and proposing new testing equipment and methods for defect detection and quality improvement

Managing vendor relationships and ensuring high-quality incoming materials

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and adhering to all safety regulations

Demonstrating proficiency in using digital tools (tablets, computers, phones)

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation (IQMS, SPC)

Ability to manage and maintain documentation effectively

Understanding of relevant safety and regulatory requirements

Experience in iQMS or other quality modules is a plus

Measuring equipment experience is a plus (Micrometer, Caliper, Scales, etc.)

**Minimum requirements**:
2+ years of experience in a relevant field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
