Job Requirements & Responsibilities
- Assist with running small projects
- Maintain work orders, job files, insurance, subcontracts, sub billings, client billing, travel, and work schedules
- Must be experienced with Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel and Outlook - (Sage accounting a plus, but not required)
- Experienced with subcontractor billings and preliminary releases
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with excellent follow up skills
- Maintains initiative in anticipating departmental needs and is willing to assist where needed
- Adaptable and focused with good listening skills
- Willing to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Able to work is a busy environment without frustration at noise or interruptions
