**Position Requirements**
- Support the National Leadership Development Program under the HR Division
- Interpret data, develop management reports
- Perform data validation and visualization
- Perform conditional formatting, advanced charting, filters, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Sparklines, data manipulation, organize documentation on SharePoint (e.g., adding document libraries; Creating and configuring lists and forms), document standard operating procedures, best practices and lessons learned
- Liaise between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, costing
- Communicate with project team members to ensure schedule data and changes are accurately interpreted and accounted for
- Plan project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries

**Required Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a Business or Science related field
- At least 7 years of experience in managing projects
- Project Management certification is a plus but not required
- Ability to analyze data, create/edit presentations, and demonstrate project management skills
- Ability to work and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

**This position will require the individual to undergo a federal clearance process in order to work on this federal contract.
