Position Requirements
- Support the National Leadership Development Program
- Interpret data, develop management reports
- Perform data validation and visualization
- Perform conditional formatting, advanced charting, filters, COUNTIF, SUMIF, Sparklines, data manipulation, organize documentation on SharePoint (e.g., adding document libraries; Creating and configuring lists and forms), document standard operating procedures, best practices and lessons learned
- Liaise between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost
- Communicate with project team members to ensure schedule data and changes are accurately interpreted and accounted for
- Plan project timelines, milestones, and deadlines
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in a Business or Science related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in managing projects
- Experience may be further refined to specific areas of expertise at the task order level
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint a must
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing for reports (writing sample will be requested)
- Initiative, detail oriented and able to work with various stakeholders
