Overview:
We are seeking a Food Preparation Worker to join our team. As a Food Preparation Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting with meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in the culinary field and looking to gain experience in a restaurant setting.

**Duties**:

- Assist in menu planning and preparation of meals according to recipes and dietary guidelines
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring as required
- Cook and assemble dishes under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure food quality and prevent contamination
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely meal service
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

**Benefits**:

- Paid training

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Night shift

Weekly day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
