Join Qualdoc’s dynamic team as a Field Installer/Rigger, where you'll be at the forefront of crane installation projects across Central, VA. This role offers exciting challenges and opportunities for growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Skillfully install and rig cranes and heavy equipment
- Collaborate closely with operators and project managers, ensuring meticulous record-keeping
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, while prioritizing safety compliance

**Requirements**:

- Proven proficiency in rigging and installation techniques
- Familiarity with safety standards and a willingness to travel up to 70%
- Comfort with heights, as installations can reach up to 200 feet using a bucket lift
- Compliance with random drug tests and pre-employment screenings due to work in government facilities

**Pre-Employment Requirements**:

- Must pass a pre-employment drug test (10 panels for recreational drugs and opiates)
- Applicants for employment must be U.S. Citizens or national, U.S. permanent residents (i.e., current Green Card holders), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
