**Responsibilities**:

- Perform diagnostic tests to identify issues with vehicles and determine appropriate repairs
- Effectively use diagnostic equipment and technical information systems to efficiently troubleshoot and repair vehicles
- Conduct routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and tune-ups
- Accurately record diagnoses and repairs in electronic systems and communicate findings to service advisors and customers
- Ensure all repairs and services are completed within estimated time frames and meet dealership quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Continuously expand knowledge and skills through ongoing training and certification programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a GM Service Technician
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes, including proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be willing to comply with all safety policies and procedures
