Food Production Assistant

Time for an exciting change? Due to our tremendous growth, BE’S Refreshments is seeking a Food Production Assistant to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin

**Hours**: Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 6:00am-2:30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble a variety of salads, sandwiches, and parfaits according to recipe
- Prepare a variety of cold dips and pasta salads
- Clean, cut, and weigh produce
- Pack finished items in correct containers according to packing sheets
- Focus on presentation and aesthetic appeal of food items
- Practice strict food safety guidelines including correct temperatures and sanitation standards
- Operate all kitchen equipment safely, cleaning after each use
- Maintain work areas in a clean and organized manner
- Assist in cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping
- All other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must be 18+ years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others contribute to a pleasant work environment
- Knowledge and ability to follow food safety standards

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist and squat the entirety of an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to withstand cold temperatures working in coolers for long periods of time
