**Position Summary**:Responsible to greet patients and visitors. Complete the admission and discharge process with patients. Coordinates schedule of appointments and updates/ maintains patient medical information.
**Knowledge/ Education/ Experience**:
- Excellent face to face customer service skills
- High school diploma or GED
- We prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in a private practice physician office or healthcare setting
- Excellent verbal, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work flows/ processes to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and patients throughout the practice
- Working knowledge of computer software programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)
