Are you a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for helping homeowners? M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a dynamic Residential Sales Consultant to join our team to sell exterior remodeling solutions (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors). If you have a proven track record in sales, are entrepreniual, strong willed, sociable and are self-motivated to excel in the field of exterior remodeling, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Self-Generating Sales Activities**: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
- ** Consultative Selling**: Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more. Tailor solutions to meet each customer's unique requirements.
- ** Quota Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.
- ** Customer Relationship Management**: Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers. Ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- ** Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings. Continuously enhance your knowledge to effectively educate customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain exterior remodeling products and services.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
