- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of drivers and vehicles for timely delivery
- Monitor routes and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to provide updates on delivery status
- Utilize transportation management systems, such as McLeod Management, to optimize routes and maximize efficiency
- Analyze data to identify trends, improve processes, and make informed decisions
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to coordinate transportation services
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies
- Address any issues or delays in a timely manner to minimize disruptions

- Bilingual is a must
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Knowledge of supply chain and fleet management principles
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS)
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Phone etiquette and customer service skills
