**What you’ll do**- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.-
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project objectives and requirements and translate them into technical solutions.-
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution.-
- Structure and facilitate solution design sessions across business and technical stakeholders toward meeting business objectives.-
- Manage cross-functional teams, including Salesforce administrators, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.-
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and consultants as needed for project delivery and support.-
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues as necessary.-
- Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce processes, development, configuration, and customization.-
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce platform standards and security policies.-
- Conduct user training and support activities to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.-
- Continuously assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.-
- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.**Who you are**- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.-
- 8+ years' experience working in technical project management or field that has provided the applicable skills commensurate with this position.-
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are required.-
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.-
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Salesforce implementation projects in a technical project management role.-
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Lightning.-
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.-
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.-
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.-
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.-
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.**About EF Education First**
