**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**: Oversee sales activities, ensuring targets are met and client needs are addressed.

- **Technical Support**: Assist the installation team with technical expertise in glazing and window/door installation.
- **Product Deliveries**: Perform timely and professional deliveries of products to clients.
- **Repair and Installation**: Assist with repairing and adjusting doors and windows, including warranty work, and facilitate the installation process ensuring proper fit and functionality.
- **Insulated Glass Units**: Change out insulated glass units from windows as needed.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of sales, work performed, and materials used.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, glazing, and window/door installation.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
- Willingness to travel to Sedona for work.
