**General Job Duties and Responsibilities**

The position requires an engineering technician to be trained to:

- Perform testing and inspections related to soil, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and masonry as directed or in accordance with company training
- Review project drawings and specifications
- Maintain detailed notes and provide reports of testing results utilizing company supplied tablet
- Communicate inspection findings and testing results to Project Manager and other project personnel as directed
- Ability to assist other technicians on larger projects
- Ability to perform simple calculations
- Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle and assigned testing equipment
- Follow company safety guidelines and project specific safety requirements

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, Preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Maintain a professional appearance
- ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician Certification, Preferred
- Experience preferred but not necessary - Training is provided
- Ability to lift 50lbs as necessary (testing equipment)
- Willingness to work early hours and overtime as necessary
