**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in using construction management software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Primavera, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Familiarity with construction estimating and contract management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
