**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment labor laws.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns and take appropriate action.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage the performance evaluation process and assist with performance improvement plans as necessary.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation.
- Ensure accurate recordkeeping of employee information in compliance with privacy laws.
- Respond to all wage verification requests, employment verification requests, and external compensation survey requests.
- Responsible for all components of FMLA; track FMLA & Military leave and temporary assignment pay.
- Assist departments in identifying safety training opportunities.
- Review and analyze accident and injury reports and identify areas of concern and recommend remedies to identified departments.
- Verify sites have accessible SDS notebooks and legal posters posted in a visible location.
- Conduct exit surveys, assist departments through the exit process (provide the script); provide a list of items to be collected; notify Finance if a check needs to be cut in six (6) days; assist with COBRA notification.
- Maintain and update Company Policies and Handbooks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as they become apparent.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience with Payroll Systems
- Extensive knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in HR sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Strong training development skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise a team and provide effective leadership.
- Experience in human capital management, including performance management and talent development strategies.
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, Quickbooks Desktop.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for process improvement.
- Must be bilingual English/Spanish

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
